Hi! My name is Carlene (Carlie for short), and I am a Birth & Postpartum Doula. I have trained through DONA International and am currently working toward certification.

I am early in my journey as a Doula, but I bring a deep passion for this work and am committed to continually learning and providing families with compassion and informed support.

As a Birth Doula, I am here to support your birth—whatever it looks like and wherever it takes place. I will support first-time families, young families, older families, single mothers, VBAC and VBA2C journeys, as well as planned or unplanned cesareans, hospital births, home births, and birth center births. My role is to support and advocate for you in the ways you want and need.

I also offer Postpartum Doula support to help with your recovery and adjustment as you welcome a new baby into your home and life. Please see my Services page for more information on how I may support you and your family.

I believe every woman, every birth, and every postpartum family deserves informed, supported, and non-judgmental care—and that is what I am here to provide to my clients.
