Supporting you physically, emotionally, and informationally through your later pregnancy, labor & birth.

Includes:

  • 1-2 prenatal planning visits

  • On-call support begins at 38 weeks for signs of labor and birth-related needs. (can be adjusted for special circumstances.)

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Comfort measures, advocacy, and partner support

  • Immediate postpartum support (1–2 hours after birth)

  • 1 postpartum follow-up visit to review birth & answer questions regarding lactation, etc.

Ways I Can Support You:

  • Assistance creating a personalized birth plan & advocacy for your wants/ needs in birth

  • Providing you with referrals & educational resources

  • Guidance with breathing, mantras, and personalized coping techniques

  • Encouragement, reassurance, grounded presence

  • Light massage, hip squeezes, supportive positioning, etc.

  • Feeding and keeping you hydrated! (Lowers cesarean rates!)

  • Creating a calm environment through aromatherapy, lighting, etc.

  • Partner support & hands-on guidance

Postpartum Support🪻              

Supporting you and your family in the early weeks of Postpartum to help promote recovery and healthy adaptation with all the changes a new baby brings.

Includes:

  • Flexible daytime postpartum visits (Mon–Fri)

  • 4–8 hour support shifts

  • 8-24 hours of support weekly tailored to your families needs.

Ways I Can Support You:

  • Newborn care support so you can rest, shower, enjoy a meal with your partner, or step out for a light walk. (Feeding, diapering, bathing assistance, etc.)

  • Sibling care to help older children transition

  • Lactation/breastfeeding support (Including bottle feeding support)

  • Emotional and mental health check-ins

  • Light errands

  • Food prep and nourishing meals

  • Basic tidying of your home and laundry

  • Nurturing comfort measures such as a simple massage, herbal bath, or a hot tea.

  • Educational & resource support.

It can be overwhelming to figure out how much support you will need during the postpartum period! I am here to help curate a flexible postpartum package that feels right for you.

Scheduling is based on family needs and my availability. Care is available for up to 12 weeks postpartum.

Prices

  • Rate for prenatal and birth support: $1,000 

  • Plus every hour of Postpartum care:  $35/hr


Potential Package Options:


1 Week Postpartum Support (10 hours/week)

$1,000 birth + $350 postpartum = $1,350 total

1 Week Postpartum Support (12 hours/week)
$1,000 birth + $420 postpartum = $1,420 total

1 Week Postpartum Support (15 hours/week)
$1,000 birth + $525 postpartum = $1,525 total

1 Week Postpartum Support (20 hours/week)
$1,000 birth + $700 postpartum = $1,700 total

Additional weeks of postpartum care can be added! The total package price varies on the weeks and hours of care you select.
